CJ Thoroughbreds Breeds Award-Winning Texas Champion

Texas-bred Vietnam Victory, a multiple stakes winner bred by CJ Thoroughbreds, was named 2022 Texas Champion Two-Year-Old Colt/Gelding by the Texas Thoroughbred Association during the TTA annual awards luncheon on June 24.

CJ Thoroughbreds bred Vietnam Victory by Klimt and out of the Smart Strike mare Real Strike. Jim Stodola purchased Vietnam Victory at the 2022 TTA Yearling Sale for $30,000 and his horse has three wins in five starts, including two stakes; the 2022 TTA Futurity and the $100,000 Gexa Energy Stakes. Current career earnings are $175,680.
